Men With Heart is a New England-based group of men committed to fighting breast cancer.
We are husbands who are doing something constructive rather than resigning ourselves to helplessness. We are sons who have seen our mothers courageously fight an insidious disease. We are brothers who want to stand beside our sisters in this battle. We are relatives, friends, lovers, colleagues, neighbors, and admirers of the women who are struggling with, often beating, and, regrettably, sometimes losing the fight with breast cancer.
We do our best to raise awareness, funds, and smiles. We participate in a variety of breast cancer events, wearing our trademark yellow shirts, including the Avon 2-Day Walks, the Komen 3-Day Walks, and the American Cancer Society Making Strides Walk.
Proceeds from the sale of the Men Heart Pizza are donated to breast cancer prevention, treatment, and awareness.

Pizza Ingredients:
1 Ounce marinated Artichokes,
sliced
1 Ounce Grilled eggplant, sliced
1 Ounce summer squash, sliced
1 Ounce zucchini, sliced
1 Ounce roasted red onion, diced into large pieces
4 Ounces fresh mozzarella
16 ounce pizza dough
Basil oil

To make the Basil Oil:
5 Ounce extra virgin olive oil
1 cup fresh basil leaves
1 small garlic clove
salt and pepper
Place garlic and basil in food processor until chopped. Slowly add oil, salt and pepper and process until smooth.

Instructions:
To make Pizza Dough:
¼ cup whole-wheat flour
3 ½ cups all-purpose flour
2 teaspoons fresh yeast
2 teaspoons kosher salt
2 teaspoons sugar
2 teaspoons olive oil
1 2/3 cups lukewarm water
Place whole-wheat flour, all-purpose flour, yeast, salt and sugar in mixing bowl. Gradually pour in the oil and water. Continue to knead for 10 minutes, until dough is smooth and firm.

To make Pizza:
Roast onion in oven with drizzle of olive oil, salt and pepper.
Grill vegetables.
Roll out pizza dough and coat with oil. Add grilled vegetables, onion and fresh mozzarella cheese. Cook at 500 degree oven for 10 to 12 minutes, until crispy.
