My Southern Italian ancestors were from a small town near Calabria and made their living from the harvest of their olive trees. Ever since I was knee-high to a stockpot I remember the influence of their Mediterranean roots. The flavors and the aromas of the finest of olive oils permeated our home daily. This rich family history is where the name of our mother ship restaurant, Olives, originated and it is with great pride and pleasure that I offer you the first in a series of the finest olive oils in the world.
